I would highly recommend this clinic. Staff was polite, caring compassionate, knowledgeable, took their time made sure to explain everything in terms you would understand.
Made recommendations on how to proceed going forward.
Made me feel as if they really cared about my hearing health.
They did not rush me during the appointment, they truly listen to what you are saying.
When I arrived an elderly lady (patient) arrived ahead of me who did not have an appointment but was experiencing an issue and while I completed some paper work she was tended too. They go out of their way to help those in need.
Haven’t seen this type of service from a professional in a long time its so refreshing to see that society hasn’t all gotten insensitive and uncaring.
